The 21st of December 2012 was hardly wrought with apocalyptic prophecies after all. Much the opposite, in fact, as kindred spirit and the first Canadian Astronaut to walk in space, Chris Hadfield recently marked a new milestone in the realm of "space art" by being the first person to record an original song in space. "Early pioneers, sailors and miners all created songs about the exploration of new frontiers on Earth. So it is only natural for the tradition to continue as humanity expands into the cosmos," says Hadfield. We wholeheartedly agree.
